La Vista - Entrance

La Vista or "the view" is a town house
with a sunny terrace, that has been recently restored to give
you all the comforts of a modern home in the picturesque, remote surroundings
of a medieval stone village.
From the main gates of the town walls, a short walk through
the narrow medieval streets will bring you to the main entrance of the house.

The front door opens into the hallway leading you up to the
fully equipped kitchen-dinning room. The terrace is off the kitchen and it
enjoys lovely views of the valley below.

The main bathroom is off the hallway. It has been fully tiled and
includes a shower.
The sun terrace is off the kitchen-dining room and it is the perfect spot to have breakfast
or to enjoy a glass of wine late in the afternoon or evening (table and chairs provided). |

The sitting room is equipped with comfortable furniture and a
radio-CD player.
The master bedroom has 1 double bed, while the second bedroom
(with 2 single beds) contains a small en-suite, as well as a small
balcony from which you have beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

This property has been recently renovated with tiled
floors throughout. It provides all the modern comforts in the kitchen
(i.e. gas cooker, kettle and toaster), the sitting room (radio and
CD player) and the comfortable bedrooms (linen and towels are provided),
but it also retains its charming character of a medieval house perched
in the Tuscan hills, with its sunny terrace
and the vaulted ceiling in the bathroom.
